PerformanceLongAnimationFrameTiming: renderStart property

The renderStart read-only property of the PerformanceLongAnimationFrameTiming interface returns a DOMHighResTimeStamp indicating the start time of the rendering cycle, which includes Window.requestAnimationFrame() callbacks, style and layout calculation, ResizeObserver callbacks, and IntersectionObserver callbacks.
