HTMLTextAreaElement: placeholder property

This feature is well established and works across many devices and browser versions. It’s been available across browsers since July 2015.

The placeholder property of the HTMLTextAreaElement interface represents a hint to the user of what can be entered in the control. It reflects the <textarea> element's placeholder attribute.
