    Fields

    Name Description
    Custom

    The custom mode allows you to choose the seed through a script by setting the customSeed parameter on the PathTracing volume override.

    NonRepeating

    The non repeating mode bases the seed on the camera frame count. This avoids screen-based artefacts when using Path Tracing with the Recorder package.

    Repeating

    The repeating mode resets the seed to zero when the accumulation of samples resets. This allows for easier debugging through deterministic behavior per frame.
