tf.contrib.framework.smart_constant_value(pred)

Arguments:

• pred: A scalar, either a Python bool or tensor.

Returns:

True or False if pred has a constant boolean value, None otherwise.

Raises:

• TypeError: If pred is not a Tensor or bool.
