class torch.ao.nn.quantized.functional.threshold(input, threshold, value)

Applies the quantized version of the threshold function element-wise:

\[x = \begin{cases} x & \text{if~} x > \text{threshold} \\ \text{value} & \text{otherwise} \end{cases} \]
